3D/5D TIMELINES
Flip flopping between linear reality vs. quantum reality is kind of inevitable also can drain a lot of energy as you're figuring it out. I offer some of my experience, tools and viewpoints that may help you navigate the turbulence.

DISCERNMENT
As your perception widens, you may also feel a sense of "wow I don't know anything, how do I even tell what is true or what is good for me?". Sometimes more light coming in means that shit gets destroyed and chaos ensues for a time while space is created for new life. Discernment is simply checking your perceptions against your inner compass. In my experience there are three main markers that I use to discern whether someone or something is of the Light.
