Loch Kelly is an innovative meditation teacher, author, and the founder of the Open-Hearted Awareness Institute. With Sounds True, Loch has most recently released the audio training program Effortless Mindfulness Now: Awakening Our Natural Capacity for Focus, Freedom, and Joy.
