It’s ok to feel lonely. Most of us feel it.
Including me.
Few talk about it.
We still feel unable to be honest about loneliness.
The first step is to normalise it.
If you are lonely, or have felt lonely in the past, and you feel alone in this – I address the topic in my latest podcast episode. It took enormous courage to write this episode, let alone publish it... But as Brene Brown suggests, you need to be vulnerable in order to try to help others.
