Long-awaited changes are coming for retirement villages meaning residents will be fully repaid within 12 months of leaving a unit, but some advocates are worried they still don't go far enough. The Government has announced it will proceed with changes to the Retirement Villages Act, which it says will give more fairness and certainty to residents and their families.
