He alone carries our burdens (Matthew 11:28-30). Counsel is worthless unless it points back to the word of God and the freedom and rest that He alone provides. Resist the temptation to become the “fixer”. It’s not your job! Point them to Jesus Christ and His promises and preserve your sanity and peace.
