SJ Martins is a Yoga Teacher and Energy Coach, working with single women who are lost in the shuffle of life with no clear path forward. SJ’s work is centered around awareness + vibration, combining scientific and spiritual perspectives. Her ability to guide them toward independence and strength comes from her own journey of self-awareness, as she navigated life through various career paths and traveled continents in an effort to recognize herself. Her story is one that will ring true for many women struggling with self-identity, loneliness and fraught for the life they thought they were supposed to have.
