Leadership is hard and you won't have all of the answers. I have made mistakes and learned from them. And yet I have been kind to myself. I have owned my mistakes and taken responsibility. When I am at my worst I try to control everything. When I am at my best I trust.

I learned to lead by treating people like adults. Empowering and building trust.
