Luke St. Lifer is the Director of Basketball Operations for the VCU Men's Basketball team, having joined the staff in April 2025. He has an extensive background in collegiate basketball operations, previously serving as an assistant coach at Florida Southern College, the director of basketball operations at Bryant University, and an assistant coach at Le Moyne College. St. Lifer is also a 2018 graduate of Florida Southern, where he played on the men's basketball team and won a national championship as a student manager in 2015.
