Lupillo Ramirez, Sr. Director of Innovation and Product Development at Northgate Gonzalez Markets, began his food industry journey at Fullerton College. With over 35 years at Northgate, he’s risen from deli clerk to nationally recognized food industry leader, shaping Latino food trends and product innovation. A recipient of the Inspirational Food Leader Award, he’s now a sought-after expert and global speaker in the Hispanic grocery market.
