And while we’re not wellness gurus (not sure what that is anyway), we do talk about how it’s okay to feel under the pump…and you’re definitely not alone. We do our best to combat the fatigue of workloads, staff retention, hardest insurance market etc with some ideas about positive culture & taking a step back occasionally.
