M.O.M This is Homeschooling: Undiagnosed
Description
Man oh man... I can’t verbally express how much I love my sister. I’m BASICALLY her second mom (a cool mom…) I have seen her struggling, thrive, and everything in between. I’ve watched her chase her dreams, work her butt off, and sleep in till 11am for weeks on end. We’ve laughed together, cried together, and we’ve literally thrown punches at each other! hahaha SIGGHHHHH Thank you, Jules, for sharing your journey, for being vulnerable, honest, and humble. Thank you for encouraging me, too. Listening back to edit, I may have teared up a li’l bit. I miss you!!
If your child has dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADHD (or ADHD tendencies), or really any extra barriers to cross in their learning journey, please give this episode a listen. If you know someone that’s walking this path, share it with them! And check out the Patreon where I’m released a bonus episode on homeschooling a child with learning disabilities, health issues, special needs, etc. Like Jules said in this episode, it’s what YOU make of it!
Julia’s Verse of the Week: Romans 5:3-4, “We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation.”
