This past weekend, seven million citizens peacefully took to the streets to participate in another No Kings protest. The event went off so smoothly that even MAGA House Speaker Mike Johnson had to remark that it was impressively nonviolent.

BREAKING NEWS: following claims that Trump’s new ballroom wouldn’t interfere with the existing White House buildings, demolition has begun on its East facade. Yet another promise has been broken by our President. 

It turns out that President Trump was right about the danger of the weekend’s No Kings protests. However, he was incorrect about where the danger came from. The Marines fired live ammunition across a California interstate, and it exploded prematurely over the highway. Had Governor Gavin Newsom not closed the highway against military advice, people could have been severely injured.
