Description
Wait! don't leave! this episode contains some odd material from John and Yoko's album Unfinished Music No. 2 / Life With The Lions. It's a track called "Two Minutes Silence" with songwriting credits to Lennon/Ono. It describes the track precisely and occurs on the program at approximately 13 minutes in to 15 minutes in; it is followed up with John Lennon's "Nutopian International Anthem" from Mind Games, which is a 3-second long track of silence. The program continues with Bonny Raitt, The Beatles, and some seasonal pop favorites from McCartney, Lennon (a home demo of "Happy Christmas"), and a unique version of Joni Mitchell's "River" that was recorded by David Clayton Thomas on a flexi-disc for a MusicGram greeting card.
