Both of the boys have been parkrunning, Andy has finally done some tourism, despite being a reluctant passenger in the back of a family car.

As well as Parkrun Parables, the boys are very excited to welcome Todd Quiney, creator in chief of "Q on the Run", the youtube channel in which FIVE brothers share their very rapid running journey. So excited are the boys by Todd's availability, they load him up with Quiz after Quiz.

Andy empties his virtual sacks which are overflowing with listeners plans and goals for 2026. The lads share their latest bookings and plan a live booking for next week, following a period of reflection.
