In our 89TH FREE PODCAST…We’ll be covering the The MAUI FIRES One Year Later! This will be a hard podcast to listen to so be prepared…Amand and Wayde are here in Hawaii following the progress on Maui…Although Amanda maintains a more measured approach, Wayde has grown increasingly frustrated with the slow pace of recovery on Maui and the potential settlement. He believes the State is doing everything in its power to push this settlement through, potentially leaving the victims of the Maui Fires to suffer as victims once again. This must not be allowed to happen! Both the State of Hawaii and Maui County are on the verge of escaping accountability for their significant role in the fires and the resulting suffering of the people. If this settlement proceeds, it sets a dangerous precedent—there will be no deterrent for future negligence, as the state won’t be held responsible for its actions. This will pave the way for further injustices and weaken future lawsuits in the event of another disaster. Allowing a mere $4 billion settlement would be a grave injustice and a crime against the victims AGAIN!

We’ll be covering BEFORE and AFTER the Maui Fires…has anything changed in a Year? We’ll be discussing Short Term Rental issues on Maui, We be discussing where Maui stands today and moving forward. We’ll break down this horrible Settlement and we’ll be talking about The LAHAINA STRONG Organization who has been there for the people of Maui, while the State has not!
