MLB Owners Approve the Sale of the Tampa Bay Rays (RTR Ep. 236)

Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reported today that all other 29 MLB owners have officially approved the sale of the Tampa Bay Rays to the Patrick Zalupski-led ownership group as the formal sale of the team is expected to be finalized later this week.
The Steinbrenner Field Era has ended, the Rays won both the home opener and home finale, they finished above .500 at home and now, new ownership will be put in place by season's end as a new era of the Rays has dawned upon us.
