Description

Success is simple. Now that doesn’t mean success is easy or even that it’s fair, but it is simple. In my mind, success comes down to two things: do good work for a long time, and do right by people. How long it’ll take to “succeed” is mostly random and a lot is out of your control, but there’s a place for all of us and we get to build the careers (and world!) we want. We can never control the market, or the amount of luck we have, or the privileges we are or are not born with, but we CAN control how we show up, and all lasting success is built on that.

Let’s chat.
