Description

In this episode, JP explores something which has, or will, affect us all, with grief counsellor, speaker and personal trainer, JoDee Coulter. In a conversation both deep and absorbing, they explore primary grief, and secondary grief - its obvious sibling - which everyone overlooks. They discuss how grief can affect us, but more importantly what we can do about it. And above all, WHO we can be for our clients, friends and family in times of grief. This exchange is peppered with knowledge bombs and realisations that will have you sitting back and reflecting for some time afterwards.
