MVC w injuries in Blacksburg tonight. Vehicle struck pole caught fire possible explosion per one caller. Blacksburg Rescue calls Lifeguard - the local air ambulance service - to take the patient to a Level I trauma center. Patient had a severe laceration to the face patient was unconscious. Blacksburg Police Blacksburg Rescue and Blacksburg Fire investigate.
