Of the recent games I've played, I liked https://mahjonggmentor.com/games/mahjong-dimensions. You also use the shuffle button at the top of the screen once per level to change the position of the tiles. Match all the tiles in a level to move on to the next one. Bonus points are awarded for quickly matching and matching the same tile pattern twice in a row.
