Do you find yourself getting to the end of the day and wondering what you even got done?
Diary management is crucial when you start getting more busy with your business.
If you don't plan where you spend your time and how many hours each project gets then you may find yourself just not actually getting anything done!
A good tip we have is to use something like google calendar to help track every hour, delegate a task for that hour and stick to it!
