My guest today is Caroline Strawson, she is a narcissistic abuse survivor, therapist and coach. She is trained in IFS, Brainspotting and first year Somatic Experiencing! She's going to share some of her story as well as how narcissism usually starts in a childhood home. We gravitate to the familiar rather than the unknown and how to recognize and break that cycle.
