Eleanor  Jane is a Somatic Embodiment Coach, helping women to heal, expand, and  reclaim who they were before the world told them who they should be.

Through  her own personal journey through Epilepsy, Depression & Anxiety,  Endometriosis, and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as  her professional work within the mental health and legal industries,  Eleanor came to see that most (if not all) dis-ease in the world is due  to an inherent disconnection from and dehumanisation of our true ‘Self’.  She believes that through doing the work to heal and decondition  ourselves we can return home to the core essence of who we are, not only  healing ourselves but creating a ripple effect that heals the world  around us.

Her  work takes a mind-body approach, viewing our mind as a crucial piece of  the puzzled, but seeing the body as the truest portal to our Highest  Self. Her work is trauma-informed, with the highest value being that of  personal safety, as without safety, true healing and growth cannot  happen.
