Named as a ‘Top 100 influencer in Remote Working’ in 2020 by Onalytica, Judy Rees was an early adopter of remote facilitation. Judy trained international groups on high-level communication skills for leaders following the success of her 2009 co-authored book, Clean Language: Revealing Metaphors and Opening Minds. In those days, people assumed that in-the-room classes were essential, but Judy ran her courses live online using basic video tools… and her clients loved it! She’s stayed on the leading edge of live online training, facilitation and consultancy ever since.

Along with her partner, Steve McCann, Judy is also a consultant at Rees McCann, a company specialising in web events.
