26-year-old Charles E. Colbert Junior from Wichita faces federal firearms charges for a machine gun shooting at an American Legion post in April. Despite unrelated to a separate fatal shooting in October, authorities found an unregistered Glock pistol with a blood-stained scar matching Colberts left hand. Hes also charged with possessing large amounts of cocaine and fentanyl, leading to a high-speed chase and subsequent indictment.
