Description
23-year-old Mexican national, Diego Barron-Esquivel, sentenced to 20 years in prison for assaulting ICE officer. The assault occurred in Wichita on February 28th, resulting in injuries to the officer. Barron-Esquivel pleaded guilty in September and was sentenced on December 4th. After serving his time, he will be deported and required to report to a probation office if he attempts to re-enter the U.S.
