Description
A Rose Hill man, Joseph Schroer, received four years of probation for his role in his six-year-old adoptive daughters death. Natalie Marie Garcia, also known as Kennedy Jean Schroer, was found buried in the backyard of their home in 2024, several years after her death. Schroer pleaded no contest to aggravated child endangerment and Medicaid fraud, with other charges dismissed. His wife, Crystina Schroer, was sentenced to nearly eighteen years for her involvement in the girls death.
