On today's episode of Man vs Market, I recorded a bunch of different sections in different places as I am on the road, giving slightly different sounds for different parts. So I apologize for that. But we start off by reviewing the stock market and discussing some of the weird price action we saw this week and then make some guesses on what the short-term, midterm and longterm could hold. We then review our portfolio thus far and see what has been outperforming. We cover the jobs report for the month of May and explain why we dumped despite great numbers. Finally, we finish the episode discussing stagflation including what it is, why it might be coming and why it's so scary. But do not fear! There are several types of companies that did very well during the last stagflation and should provide stability this time around.
