When an organization's culture is unwilling to adapt to changing circumstances, the business runs the risk of becoming increasingly irrelevant and ultimately obsolete. In this episode, we suggest that an adaptive culture is an absolute prerequisite for successful innovation. It’s counterproductive to generate breakthrough ideas, only to see their predictable demise.
