- John Negroponte is the Vice Chairman at McLarty Associates. He served at the U.S. Ambassador to Honduras, Mexico, the Philippines, the United Nations and Iraq. He served as Director for Vietnam under President Nixon, Deputy National Security Advisor under President Reagan, Deputy Secretary of State under President Clinton and Director of National Intelligence under President George W. Bush.
