Iconic Stone Roses bassist, Gary Mani Mounfield, has passed away at 63. Known for his role in the band that defined an era, Manis death was confirmed by his brother and bandmate Ian Brown. Born in Manchester, Mani joined The Stone Roses in 1987, contributing to their psychedelic rock sound. After the bands disbandment, he continued his musical journey with Primal Scream and Freebass. Manis passing comes after his wifes death in 2023, and he is survived by his twin sons.
