Marina's foundation for slowing down is meditation and mindfulness. She knows how to make these practices fresh and accessible, even if you think, "...but I can't sit still!" The show will be jam-packed with with practical tips, new techniques, and ancient wisdom. So even if your Type-A side wouldn't like it if you listened, join us to taste the power of slowing down. You'll actually get more done if you do.
