Christine talks with Marcella Hernandez, who is married to Mike, a pastor on staff at a church in Delaware. He is not the lead pastor, so Marcella speaks from an associate pastor’s wife’s perspective. She shares about facing discouragement in ministry: how we can recognize it, how we can respond to it, and how we can help our husband when he is discouraged.
