In local elections Dan talks about born citizenship requirements in running for public office. He credits political posturing around SNAP by Democrats to influence elections against Republicans while also criticizing past government assistance programs that supported financially struggling people when modern SNAP benefits are much harder to live off of.
Dan ends the episode with promoting his Marcon realty business and emphasizing the importance of supporting local businesses during struggles during this time. He shouts out White Tail Organics south of Colfax as a great resource for local people.
