Marie Devitt is the full time Pathways coordinator for the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities (TCPID) and the part time hot chocolate provider . The work she and the wider team do everyday is stellar, and they have had resounding success so far. Many of their alumni have secured employment with some of the leading companies in Ireland. Here, Marie shows us how society as a whole benefits from the inclusion of people with Intellectual disabilities and how employing differently abled people will positively affect your company culture.
