Mark Tregellas has written a book, Back Up Is 3 Hours Away which details his incredible career - the highs & lows & everything in between. One of his proudest moments was receiving the Clarke Silver Medal, the Royal Humane Society of Australasia's highest award & he is one of only 3 Victoria Police to receive the award in its 150yr history. Mark is a born story-teller & shares some amusing anecdotes as well as some incidents which changed his life forever.
