In this episode, we are joined by Howard Straker, MHP, EdD, PA-C, Assistant Professor of Physician Assistant Studies and Director of the PA-MPH joint degree program at GWU. Dr. Straker also is the immediate past president of the Physician Assistant Education Association.

He discusses his experience with the field of public health as a complement to the medical training received by PAs and as an opportunity to enhance the impact that PAs can make on the health of the communities they serve.
