Welcome to the Masterful Parenting Podcast. I'm Anne Alvares, Parent Coach, School Counsellor, Teacher, and mom of two. My passion is helping parents to heal their childhood pain and learn how to nurture healthy relationships with their children through relational parenting. I will speak on how I healed my own childhood pain so I could be the parent my kids needed. As a high school counsellor, I have worked with hundred of teens to help them with anxiety, bullying, insecurity, trauma, and abuse. I know what it takes to heal and become the parent your kids need.
