My podcast series, Math Journeys, is planned to be helpful insight for middle school math content. The first episode covers adding and subtracting negative numbers, including review of absolute values and positive and negative numbers on a number line.  It roughly follows the standard suggested format, though it is shortened to meet the under ten minute requirement.  There is an introduction, song jingle (one of my own songs), and four distinct topics, one of them being the review.  The three main content topics are adding a positive and negative number, adding two negative numbers, and subtracting two negative numbers.  The episode ends with a summary and gives an overview of the next episode.



Math Journeys: Episode 1
