Summer is here and with it another great episode to listen to. My guest this month is coach Matt Cates, strength coach at Penn High School located in Mishawaka Indiana. Coach Cates is the NHSSCA's National Coach of the Year award recipient. We kick things off with a little background information. After that we dive into the nuts and bolts of all things Penn Strength and Conditioning. Including what it's like managing over a thousand athletes, progressions through programs, their KPIs and so much more.
