Matt had a fantastic playing career before forging a career as a highly regarded coach. He is a UEFA Pro Licence holder and is now in his ninth year at hometown club Rotherham United where he has held a variety of roles including Lead Development Phase Coach and Head of Coaching before moving to the first team five years ago.
