Matteo Penzo is an entrepreneur and experienced executive, in the past 10 years, he has led the EMEA Technology teams at frog, a global design and strategy firm.

In 2005, he founded the internationally successful Frontiers Conference event, which brings innovators in business and design together. Matteo also co-founded Talent Garden Milano—the biggest co-working space in Italy—an investment he successfully exited in 2018.

Matteo has also solid experience in leading (and building) teams and providing strategic expertise to Clients in the telecom and media industry (Al Jazeera, du, Saudi Telecom, Vodafone, SKY Italy), healthcare (Novartis, Roche, Astra Zeneca), and from the financial services (AXA, KKR, CheBanca!, UBS, Allianz).

More recently, he co-founded Zick learn, an Ireland based startup that is developing a digital platform to create and distribute beautiful & accessible “text messages based training courses” for the Enterprise.
