Maximizer – Cracking the Code And Finding Success with Tiffany Reardon
Description
In this conversation, CliftonStrengths Coach Kyle Johann-Baker and Tiffany Reardon (she/her) explore the strength of Maximizer and its impact on personal and professional growth. Tiffany, an expert in supporting students pursuing STEM degrees, describes her role as being like a talent scout, helping students align their goals with opportunities.
She finds fulfillment in guiding students who are uncertain about their career paths and witnessing their transformation.
Throughout the conversation, Tiffany emphasizes the importance of authenticity, self-care, and positioning oneself in the right place to maximize opportunities. It is time to leverage your strengths, such as maximizer, to achieve personal and group excellence.
For over twenty years Tiffany Reardon has been working in higher education designing programs that support students pursuing degrees in Science, Mathematics, Engineering and Technology (STEM). In 2018 she launched her REUFinder Blog which is focused on providing advice and resources to first-generation college students pursuing degrees in STEM. In her role as a program director at UC Berkeley's College of Engineering, she uses Clifton Strengths to help students identify their individual top strengths so that they can "maximize" their own carer paths. In her spare time, she enjoys writing and is an avid knitter. In May of 2021 she published her first book “Rose Colored Lenses: A Survival Guide to Navigating the Workplace.”
