01/14/25: Joel Heitkamp is joined by the Mayor of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Brandon Bochenski. A new $500 million potato processing plant is set to come to Grand Forks. The plan is for the facility to be constructed on a site spanning nearly 350 acres, which would support 250 employees and provide a local market for up to 15,000 acres of planted potatoes. Mayor Bochenski joins Joel to talk about the plan for the plant and answer your questions.
