Margie Peterson and Rose share stories about dealing with learning disabilities and growing up in a large family. Spanish was Rose's first language. Her difficulties in class led her to art and to pursue a degree in speech pathology. You can find her many books on Amazon, or read her work on Medium. She is working on the memoir "In the Words of the Grape Picker's Daughter." R.C. Gonzales is a writer, poet, artist, and former teacher. Her life's journey has taken her from working in the grape fields of California to becoming the first in her family to receive a college education. She has a B.A. in Speech Pathology and an M. A. in Special Education.
