Melanie shares her background in sport and how those experiences have shaped her leadership style and management of an association with over 1300 Golf Professionals. Throughout the conversation, Melanie discusses her involvement in other sport organizations, including the Invictus Games and Ontario Speed Skating Association, and speaks to the dynamic of teamwork and collaboration on all levels. With a diverse skill set, Melanie challenges traditional molds to bring value to her members and the golf community at large.
