Well...this is the first episode of the Memento Mori series. I have to tell you that this one is extremely personal and close to my heart, as it has to do with the life of my Mother, Brenda Franks.
Memento Mori means "remember death." It's a Latin saying that means keep death in mind so that we may live more fully today.
This episode is a conversation between me and my sister, Laura Trela, where we remember our Mom. We pay her tribute and talk about the good and the bad from which we can learn. You'll get to know my Mom and my sister much more throughout this conversation, and also learn several things that you can add to your life to make it much, much better.
