Men Jailed for Coercing Teens, Sharing Nudes, Self-Harm
Update: 2025-12-10
Description
Two men, Charlie Johnson and Prince Singh, have been jailed for coercing teenage girls into sharing nude images and committing serious self-harm, marking the first convictions under the UKs new Online Safety Act. The men, aged 24 and 23, encouraged their victims, aged 16 and 17, to carve names into their skin and shared disturbing images in online chatrooms. The victims described feeling worthless and responsible for the abuse, with one still experiencing nightmares. Johnson was also convicted of physical abuse, and both men will serve half of their sentences in custody.
