Welcome to our Libra season Spotlight Session episode!
This spotlight is cool because it involves multiple businesses and how they all interact with one another. It’s also extra cool because it features one of Angela’s dear friends, Caren Dougall, of North of 9 Equine and Canine Bodywork and Equi-Bow.
In this episode we talk about how to bring these businesses and services together under one roof and what that entails on the tech and back of house aspects of the biz. We also talk about laying foundations based on a bigger future vision, including expanding services and client reach as well as building a team to support Caren as the business continues to grow.
