We then chat with Martin James Power - Co-Founder and Creative Director of Ensemble - about brand narrative and tone of voice. We talk about how Martin has helped bring the Metta brand together, and why it's important to have a unique brand narrative.

We also touch on some of the mistakes he has seen young companies make when it comes to creating a brand narrative, as well as highlighting companies he feels does it extremely well, including Gymshark and Palace Skateboards.
